Candidates for the seat of Wentworth will discuss their stance on the rights of refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia.

This forum will be moderated by Jana Favero, Deputy CEO and Head of Systemic Change at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. The Q&A portion of the afternoon will be headed by RACS Centre Director and Principal Solicitor Sarah Dale.

Allegra Spender (Independent) and Nick Ward (Greens) have accepted the invitation to attend the forum to explain their policies and answer your questions.

Other candidates have been invited to attend, but have not yet confirmed.

The forum is endorsed by the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Refugee Advice and Casework Service, Asylum Seekers Centre, Jesuit Refugee Services and Amnesty International.
