Complaints
RACS takes great pride in the talent of our staff and the quality of the services we deliver.
If you are a RACS client and would like to make a complaint about legal services you have received from us, please email reception@racs.org.au, addressing your letter to the Centre Director & Principal Solicitor.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the response provided by the Centre Director & Principal Solicitor, you may send an email to reception@racs.org.au addressed to the President of RACS's Management Committee.
As RACS is a member of Community Legal Centres NSW (CLCNSW) and receives some funding through Legal Aid, you may also make a complaint through their channels. More information here.
