If you have changed your mind, you are eligible for a full refund prior to your order being shipped.

If your order is the wrong size, please consider gifting it to a friend or loved one. We can then offer free shipping on your second order.

If you prefer to return your item, let us know by sending an email to shop@racs.org.au. Once we receive your returned order, we will process your refund within 5 business days, which will be sent to your original method of payment. Please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by RACS.
